Terms of Service

 

  • For stays from May to September, prices are based on a one-week stay from Sunday to Sunday: check-in on Sunday from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., and check-out on Sunday from 8:30 a.m. to no later than 10:00 a.m.
  • Prices INCLUDE a private garage, final cleaning and utilities, excluding the tourist tax.
  • Towels and bed linen are not included in the price, but are available at an additional cost of €10 per person per week.
  • TOURIST TAX NOT INCLUDED: €1.80 per day, for a maximum of 10 days. Children up to 10 years of age are exempt. In Jesolo, the tourist tax applies from 1 April to 31 October.
  • Final cleaning fee: €90.00

PAYMENTS

  • Upon booking, a 30% deposit of the total amount will be required by bank transfer, or alternatively, payment of the full amount.
  • Any outstanding balance must be paid on the day of arrival, either in cash or by bank transfer made at least 7 days before arrival.
  • A €200 security deposit is required on the day of arrival. The deposit will be refunded on the day of departure.
  • In accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 231/07 and subsequent amendments, please note that cash payments are permitted up to a maximum amount of €4,999.99.

Cancellation Policy

To definitively confirm the reservation, a deposit payment is required.
All reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date. After this deadline, the cancellation or modification fee is equal to the amount of the deposit.
In the event of no-show or early departure, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
